Owner Occupied Homes
Step One-Consultation – Your consultation begins with a walk through and evaluation of your home. We will discuss your home's best features and trouble spots. This will be a time for you to ask questions and take notes.
Fee $100.00**
Step Two-Our Return - After you have completed the checklist from a Verbal Consultation we will return for up to 2 hours assisting with furniture and accessory placement.
Fee $150.00**
Hands on Home Staging -
This service is for those homes that just need a little more extra expertise. Working together we will address the main trouble spots of your home. This will include clutter, cleaning, organizing, furniture and accessory placement. Fee minimum $75.00. Free quotes.
For maximum results on owner occupied homes "hands on staging" is recommended!
Vacant Staging- Free Estimates**
Monthly rental fees are dependent upon the amount of furniture and accessories needed to make the home show at its best.
By bringing in furniture and accessories prospective buyers are given a better idea of scale, and purpose, helping them to visualize their own belongings in each space.
Ready, Set, Stage! carries our own inventory of furniture and accessories. We base each home's decor choices on the style that best suits your property's architecture and the target buyers.

Interior Redesign- ·
Using what you already own we will redesign your space to give you a new look without spending a lot of money. . Fee- $75.00 for a consultation.
**A traveling fee may be added for properties located outside a 25 mile radius.
